What products do you offer?
Worldwide Information has a diverse lineup of products to assist in collections, skip tracing and background checks. Our absolute first priority is the accuracy of the information we provide. It is the premise with which all of our products and services were created. Which states do you provide data and services in?
Currently, we have Motor Vehicle and Driver’s License software available in MA, OH, WI and ID. Our batching and skip tracing services are available in the 4 aforementioned states as well as TX, IL, NC, TN and WA. Because we are always expanding and customizing our services to meet our customer’s needs, fill out the inquiry form so a sales rep can contact you to discuss services in a state that you do not see listed above.
Do you charge a percentage when a debtor pays a client?
No. Whether you utilize our Municipal & Parking Collections or our Batch Skip Tracing services, we never charge for anything beyond the data or services provided. When remittance is made to our client, we do not take any percentage of that.
Do the MVR or DL disks expire?
No. Once you purchase a disk and activate by applying the user license, the disk is operational for life. In instances where a computer crashes or needs to have the OS re-installed, we will accommodate our customers with one replacement license.
There are multiple users in my office. Do I need to purchase a disk for each person using the software?
No. Each disk includes one user license so you can install the software on the computer of your choice. Additional licenses can be purchased if you wish to install the software on additional computers.
How often are disks released?
Each state has a specific schedule for disk release. The minimum number of releases is 2 and most states have up to 4 MVR releases and 2 DL releases. Check with a sales rep for detailed information about the state you are interested in.
